Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets a 1-day free trial. No payment required. You can explore all features before committing to a paid plan.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade anytime from your billing settings. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and USSD via Paystack. All transactions are in Nigerian Naira.
Do you charge a setup fee?
No setup fee. You pay only the monthly subscription. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay.
What happens when I reach my AI reply limit?
Your bot stops auto-replying for that billing period. You can still use the dashboard and reply manually. The limit resets on the 1st of each month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. You keep full access until the end of your paid billing cycle — no penalty.
